Blaze Xteriors was founded in 2026 by 16-year-old Blaise Benson, a Greater Denver native with a passion for entrepreneurship and excellence.

At age 14, Blaise started working at the local recreation center. There, he surrounded himself with serial entrepreneurs, asked questions, and studied how successful businesses operate. Inspired by what he learned and applying lean methodology, he identified a strong opportunity in professional power washing.

What began as an idea became Blaze Xteriors — a lean, owner-operated company focused on delivering high-quality exterior cleaning at fair prices.

A dedicated student with a 4.9 weighted GPA and active in choir and music, Blaise brings discipline and strong work ethic to every job. With successful residential and commercial projects already completed, he takes personal pride in his work and stands behind every result.

Because Blaze Xteriors operates with extremely low overhead, Blaise is able to charge about half what many established companies do while maintaining high professional standards.
